Delicious, Fluffy Pancakes In The Microwave: A Quick, Tasty Breakfast That Only Contains Natural Sugar

Do you ever find your self in a panic before school? It’s ten minutes before school starts, you still haven’t had breakfast, and even though you spent your whole evening working on that homework that’s due today, you still haven’t finished it. You are in such a rush to get to school, that you find yourself considering skipping breakfast.

However, studies prove that this is not a good idea. Skipping breakfast can make it difficult to focus and even cause your grades to go down.

However, sometimes it’s pretty difficult to eat breakfast in the morning when you are in a rush. You don’t want to be late for school, but you also don’t want to go to school hungry. The solution? Microwave pancakes.

To start, grab these ingredients:

  • Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Milk
  • An Egg
  • Honey
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Coconut Oil or Butter
  • Three Small Bowls
  • A Microwavable Plate
  • Parchment Paper

To start making your pancake, get one of your two small bowls. Crack one egg into this bowl.


Whisk the egg with a fork until the egg white and egg yolk are entirely combined.


Take one teaspoon of the egg and put it into one of your small bowls. This will be your wet ingredients bowl.


Add one tablespoon of milk to your wet ingredients bowl.


Pour in two teaspoons of honey. If you want a version with less sugar, skip this step.


Now add one teaspoon of oil. When you add the oil, it may begin to separate. This is completely fine and it won’t affect how your pancake turns out in any way.


Now add an eighth of a teaspoon of vanilla extract. If you don’t have vanilla extract, try using maple syrup as your flavour instead. When you are done, whisk all of your wet ingredients together with a fork and set aside.


Now grab your other bowl. This will be your dry ingredients bowl. Pour one and a quarter tablespoons of flour into this bowl.


Now add half a teaspoon of baking powder to the flour.


Now add a tiny pinch of salt to the dry ingredients bowl. And when we say tiny, we meanĀ tiny.


Now, add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients.


Mix well.


Place a piece of parchment paper onto your microwavable plate.


Pour your batter onto the parchment paper.


Then, pour half of a teaspoon of melted butter or coconut oil onto the batter.


Put it in the microwave for thirty seconds to one minute, depending on your microwave.


Take it out of the microwave when you are done and enjoy! And don’t forget the maple syrup!
