As we have said in previous articles, KidMag has a thing for microwave recipes. And apparently, so do KidMag viewers. Along with being very delicious, microwave desserts and recipes published on KidMag are very popular. So, here is another delicious and easy microwave recipe!
To start making your mug muffin, gather all of these ingredients:
- An egg white (get an adult to remove the yolk)
- Honey
- Raspberry jam
- White flour
- Baking powder
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Microwavable mug
- Measuring tools
STEP ONE: Pour one egg white into your microwavable mug.
STEP TWO: Add two tablespoons of honey to the mug.
STEP THREE: Pour in 1 1/2 teaspoons of raspberry jam into the mug.
STEP FOUR: Cut up some raspberries into quarters. Make sure to get an adult’ permission and supervision for this part.
STEP FIVE: Add 1 1/4 tablespoons of these raspberries to the mug.
STEP SIX: Add two tablespoons of blueberries to the mug.
STEP SEVEN: Add a 1/4 cup of white flour to the mug.
STEP EIGHT: Add 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder to the mug.
STEP NINE: Mix well.
STEP TEN: Microwave in 15-second intervals until it is of a muffin’s consistency.
STEP ELEVEN: Take out of the microwave and let sit until it is cool! Top with sprinkles, fresh fruit or whipped cream. Enjoy!
